Armortec provides a choice of spreader bars suited to particular applications. The “standard” Armortec spreader bar allows for stacking, placing or manipulating mats while onshore or when shallow water conditions exist. This multi-functional bar allows each mat to be lifted by its longitudinal cables. The “quick-release” unit is designed specifically for deployment of mats offshore. This unique bar provides ease of installation by a stationary diver utilizing a single lever or ROV that releases the entire mat instantly.
